"area30" with relaunched "innovation area" and the appeal of top kitchen companies

The anticipation is growing - area30 with new innovative formats that will make the trade fair even more attractive.

The European kitchen industry can look forward to its most important industry event for the presentation of new products, communication, socialising and, of course, successful business deals this year: from 20 to 25 September, the fourteenth edition of the indispensable B2B platform area30 will attract decision-makers, multipliers and experts with a focus on "kitchens" to East Westphalia. In the kitchen autumn of 2025, organiser trendfairs GmbH (Fürth) is setting ambitious milestones thanks to its innovative trade fair with the most brands and exhibitors in one place - including the most market leaders and the greatest density of new products. The "innovation area" has been relaunched, trend-setting top themes will be 'on stage' at the "stage" and, last but not least, area30 will also address the craft trades from this year onwards: carpenters and joiners 'all about the kitchen'.

area30 is set to become the undisputed home of Germany's "kitchen joiners" and their neighbours. The first-time trade fair presence of Häfele, the Nagold-based specialist for connection solutions, is aimed precisely in this direction. The global player is addressing the trade not only through the sale of furniture fittings and lighting, but also with offers for electrical appliances, interior fittings and configurators. In line with this "all-round carefree package", area30 from 2025 will also offer the trade a wide range of solutions and attractive programme items - including the interplay between individuality and mass production, the retention of young talent and sustainability, the transformation from the former 'blue man' to today's furnishing consultant and many other topics.

It is also clear that Häfele is just one of many great and successful companies and brands that will be present at area30. Industry-renowned names that have firmly booked their participation in 2025 include the hob and extractor hood professional Berbel, the household appliance manufacturer Midea, the Nordhorn-based family business Naber, the kitchen technology and accessories company Vogt, the water innovator Quooker, the software service provider SHD, the ceramics manufacturer Systemceram and the provider of solutions for baking, freezing and sinks Oranier Küchentechnik. Hans-Joachim Kalek, Head of Channel Management Kitchen, is also looking forward to September: "For all participants, area30 is an industry get-together at the highest level with great contacts. We at Hansgrohe are really looking forward to the trade fair highlight of the year and will be there again in 2025."

This year, influencer and blogger Yvonne Zahn will be scouting the upcoming kitchen innovations for 2026 on the "stage" knowledge platform, which has already been well received by many area30 trade fair guests, while Markus Schomacker will be talking about social marketing and AI, Brand positioning and storytelling for B2B are the topics of the brand makers from Republic of Yes, interior designer Katrin de Louw takes a close look at design and colour trends and Barbara Busse from the design office for trend research, design thinking and product design Future+You wants to get to know the "kitchen customer of tomorrow". The topics outlined here are currently in the preparation phase, but should already arouse curiosity.

Finally, the relaunch of the "innovation area" - the central community platform or perhaps even the beating heart of area30 or the annual kitchen autumn with all its in-house exhibitions and event rooms - should be mentioned: in future, the innovation area will focus even more intensively on branding, communication and approaching new customers. It will give newly exhibiting brands and start-ups the opportunity to present themselves successfully. The innovation area gives well-known brands that already use one of the numerous platforms at kitchen autumn the chance to increase their visibility even more and to take advantage of the influx of visitors to area30.

As is well known, the time available to trade fair visitors in the kitchen autumn is limited and tightly scheduled - many of them therefore specifically visit their partners in the portfolio and only very rarely have the opportunity to get to know all the locations with their diverse exhibitors.
