area30: The best-attended exhibition centre of the "Kitchen Autumn" - the area30 trade fair
will continue to impress in 2025 with a high density of new products, many brand leaders, several new exhibitors, the innovation area and Stage
The B2B event is the focus of decision-makers, networkers and influencers from the world of kitchens every September - in the middle of the “Kitchen Autumn”. Guests from Germany and all over the world will find their requirements for optimal business opportunities fully met at area30 - in the best-attended exhibition centre with the most brands, exhibitors, innovations and services. Following the success of previous years, the special ‘innovation area’ format developed by trade fair organiser Trendfairs with the ‘stage’ know-how transfer will be back at the top-located exhibition centre in Löhne from 20 to 25 September.
The 12,000 trade visitors expected at area30 this year will be able to enjoy close business contacts and sustained communication with around 200 exhibitors and brands - the highest density of new products in one place; all relevant topics for the kitchen industry can be experienced and utilised in a targeted manner for their own business success.
Numerous regular and first-time exhibitors have recently confirmed their bookings for this innovative order platform for kitchen studios, kitchen retailers, trade groups, the large-scale sector and project planners, carpenters and architects. This year, the globally active company Häfele, the IT company RMTsoft, the panel manufacturer Caesarstone and the specialist Laminam will be taking part for the first time. Carsten Schulz, Sales Manager of the latter company, is eagerly awaiting the upcoming event: "area30 is a high-calibre industry get-together with excellent contacts for all participants. Laminam is looking forward to its premiere at area30."
In addition to the newcomers just named, organiser Trendfairs can look forward to the re-booking of established companions and supporters of area30. Companies and brand leaders such as Avitana, Berbel, Cyncly and Dinger Stone are already starting to prepare for the trade fair. Because, as Dinger Stone boss Raphael Dinger is convinced, "area30 has been a must for our company for years. We have always been able to benefit from it - especially in terms of the level of awareness of our company as well as the contacts generated there and the resulting new customers. 2025 is also set for us."
2025 will be attended by regular visitors Hansgrohe Germany, Horst Vogt, Küchenatlas, Küchentreff, Midea Europe, Naber and Novy, Oranier and Quooker Germany. The latter's Managing Director Daniel Hörnes is happy to “come out” as an area30 fan: "We love area30 - we've been there since the first year and really enjoy the six days with our visitors. The atmosphere is outstanding and the event has developed into an important pillar of the kitchen industry. We are already looking forward to area30 2025!" Schock, Softronik, Strasser Steine and Systemceram are also in the midst of preparing their new products to be showcased and their trade fair presence in Löhne.
In addition to the familiar exhibition profile of this trade fair from the past, this autumn the rapidly growing ‘table, chair, bench’ product segment will catch the eye and meet with lively interest. Sophie von Ilberg, Managing Director of Mayer-Sitzmöbel, takes a clear position on this: "For us, area30 is an absolute “must” every year. This kitchen trade fair is an ideal platform to have direct contact with our existing specialist trade partners, to present our range and new products and to make new contacts."
In addition to the specialised trade, area30 is aimed specifically at kitchen manufacturers, carpenters and joiners. In addition to the special offers for kitchen joiners from the exhibiting companies, there will be attractive and informative specialist presentations on the stage for this target group. It is therefore worth making a note of the date in advance.
The special ‘innovation area’ format, which was staged for the third time, is in high demand from exhibitors. With its ‘full-service packages’ including a light wall, illuminated product placement, seated counter or optional flatscreen, it not only makes it significantly easier for start-ups to enter the trade fair, but also offers innovators the appropriate platform. ‘Maximum success with minimum effort’ is probably the most accurate definition of this presentation opportunity for new trends, products, digital solutions, services or attractive designs.
The advantages of the special area with its turnkey ‘all-in exhibition stands’ as a networking hub are obvious: excellent cost-performance ratio, appealing design, targeted advertising by the trade fair organiser, high trade visitor frequency and, last but not least, the individualised booking options on offer. The ‘DNA’ of the innovation area naturally includes the “bar” for uncomplicated, personal dialogue as well as the ‘stage’ event stage, which was very well received right from the start.
In previous years, news and background information was communicated to an interested specialist audience with great popularity. This year, knowledge transfer will once again take centre stage. Barabara Busse (Future+You), the kitchen trade insider Ralph Steffens and the “Republic of Yes” have already confirmed their participation as Speaker 2025 with a focus on ‘Market Positioning & Storytelling’. As the acquisition of speakers is in full swing, further exciting guests can be expected on this outstanding stage. The central business event area30 thus remains the indispensable, coveted “place to be” for the entire kitchen community!
